The Collective Suites by Copper Lane was born of the desire to bridge the gap between employee and entrepreneur, providing career driven individuals the opportunity to take business into their own hands. With more than 20 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, I have seen the changes in how we do business and understand the need for growth, expansion, leadership and ownership.

Is the Suite life for you?

To ensure your success in this environment, there are some prerequisites that need to be met:

  • Must be part of the beauty and wellness community

  • Licensed a min of 2 years

  • Passionate about your industry

  • Willing to still be part of a “team” environment

  • Min 1 year commitment contract

  • Health, Wellness and Beauty - Hair – Aesthetics – Injectables -Massage – Nails - Brows - Lashes - Chiro - Acupuncture

  • No. Your heat, water, electricity, wifi and maintenance fees are all included.

  • We provide excellent lighting, and a hand or hair washing sink system (depending on the space you choose)

  • Of course! In fact, we encourage each owner to design their studio to reflect their brand, and to offer an incredible experience for their guests. We do ask that you gain approval on any extensive decorating such as wallpaper and permanent fixtures.

  • We have a dedicated cleaning and maintenance crew committed to the cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, waiting area, members lounge, corridors and floors.

    You are responsible for the cleanliness of your own studio.

  • Yes.

  • There are 8 Suites ranging between 95-170 sq/ft

  • We require a 12-month commitment with longer terms available.

  • Suites 1 and 8 are Double Suites so you and your business bestie can work together!

  • You will need proof of your business licence and liability insurance. Upon signing your lease, we provide you with a business check list to ensure you are prepared with what we advise you have in place before you open.
